How do I get Hotel Reservations for Schengen Visa Application?
Apparently I need hotel reservations for Schengen visa application…do I just call them to fax it over or can I get them e-mail it to me? And how long does it take? Who actually sends them to me, the hotel itself or an admin of the hotel? If so would they do it on the weekends?
The hotel should be able to confirm the booking via Email.
The printout of the email will suffice for the visa requirement.
If you made a reservation fee, get the proof for that too.
Hotels do not close over the weekends or on holidays, so you should get it immediately. And finally this is done by the Administration staff of the hotel.
