After the Presidential election, look at the states which voted for your candidate, then only take future vacations in those states. At least in this way you’ll know that you will be surrounded by mostly like minded people while on vacation.

If you’re a republican, that could be very boring..with the exception of Texas of course.

If your planning on taking a vacation as a family there are a few places you could go.. First off i would reccomend Orlando, FL… disney world, islands of adventure and tons tons more to do… Theres everything from seaworld to theme parks out the butt! Of course right now expessially there are tons of great deals! Second.. maybe Pigeon Forge, TN its perfect this time of year… christmas is here and the whole town is light up with christmas lights and themed of christmas! Its in the smokie mountains and theres alot to do there as well. First off you could stay in a cabin close to town… where youd have a hot tub.. pool table and tons of extras in your cabin. As well as dollywood is close and tons of fun! Lots to do and your family will not get bored! And of course Las Vegas depending on the age group! All in all i have used a great website to book all of our family vacations… they offer great deals on hotels tickets and everything you would possably need on your vacation. They saved us around 80% SERIOUSLY! rooms101.com check them out!

Our Summer Vacation R-Family Alaska cruise

Ok so here is our part one of two videos that we made this summer. We decided to drive to Seattle and catch a cruise to Alaska on a gay & lesbian cruise by R-Family Vacations. The video was a little longer then I would have liked but I had to show the most important parts of our families trip. Has anyone ever taken the Three vacations for the price of one offers that has come across their fax?

My fiance received a fax in her office about three vacations for the price of one from the "Corporate Travel Department." She works for a rather large company, but I dont believe they have a formal travel department. I, myself, have received similar faxes in the past at my business, but have thrown them away. Considering gas prices this summer, I figure it might be worth looking into. Anyone ever done this? What was your personal experience?

I would say Scam. I’m a Police Dispatcher in U.K, and we would get loads of them at the Station. The ones we recieved , you had to fax back, at about £1+ ($2) minute for info, or it was a high price phone number to call back.

What can I do with my female guinea pig during vacations ?

I have a female guinea pig, and I am leaving for two months for my vacations. There is no way I can take her with me. I really don’t know what to do with her. Anyone willing to keep it for me ? Anyone knows someone or a company that can keep it ?

How many family vacations do you regularly take in a year?

Vacations can burn in a hole in the pocket esp. with kiddos and all the gears! Not to mention always running low on paid leave from work…

But this year, that’s only going to be 2hrs (by car) from home… I just can’t imagine taking my little guy on a plane! And besides he doesn’t sit well in the car seat for more than an hour, that is his limit!

You are right, vacations can be expensive. My Dad always said lay out everything you want to pack for your trip on your bed. Take half of what you lay out, and twice the money!

Last year we ended up taking two trips a few weeks apart (one was a wedding) with a 5 month old. Ugh! I was more tired at the end of the month than I was before the "vacations".

To me I would rather skip the "big trips" until my son is really ready to appreciate them, and there is less gear to take with him. I hope one day I can pack for a family trip with out a 10 page list of times not to forget!

1 week in each of the following mnths:

june
august
november
january
march-has been booked.

wow. what IS up with that!? i barely get time off in my own job! i cant even get a week =|. i think this case would be very annoying if you had to do HER work while she is gone on vacation. my advice is to just try to look past it. its her own business. and if she keeps it up maybe she will get fired? ; ) heehee.
