Does anyone know a good way to get cheap airfare to Hawaii?
I am going to Oahu at the end of September for a week flying out of San Diego and was wondering if anyone had any tips for finding cheap airfare. So far the lowest rates I have been able to find have been around $550-$600. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The discount travel sites are a good start. I booked through Priceline and got a great deal. Those rates you mentioned seem like they are at the lower end of the pricing range, so that might not be too bad.
Look on the internet and ask travel agents

I ordered a great book online that was pretty inexpensive. It taught me the greatest tips for traveling and buying airline tickets for cheap. There are actually certain times of the day when tickets are priced the lowest which is crazy but true. It also includes tips about upgrading your ticket. It came with a manual on cruises, hotels and car rentals also which the car rental book has been awesome too. If you are a frequent traveler I would highly recommend the book!

Good Luck!

Go to http://www.expedia.com. We have booked two vacations from them and it is very secure and reliable. I would check there prices. We just went as a family of 4. We got a great air and hotel package.

Experience.
if you’re traveling with someone use a companion pass. its basically a 2 for 1 airfare pass for seated tickets (not standby), so if you buy 1 regular price ticket, your friend can travel free & you can split the cost!
They have these a few places but this is the one I’ve used personally, hope that helps
